In the event of a purchase, the purchaser agrees to pay the full amount listed in the order confirmation by the methods provided on the website. Other forms of payment are not supported.
Damaged and Lost Items
The Nesoverse is not responsible for damage or loss of items during shipping.
The Nesoverse is not responsible for re-shipping an item if the postal or courier service is unable to find the shipping address for an order or the order is refused at the door.
If an item is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the buyer may choose to pay shipping for the order and have it resent or receive a refund of the total of the order minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted for items sent in error by The Nesoverse, such as an incorrect item sent. In the event of a return, The Nesoverse will provide a return shipping label, and the buyer is entitled to a full refund after an item is received and processed by The Nesoverse and deemed to be in good condition. Preorder items may be cancelled for an 80% refund until one month before the expected release date. Cancellations will not be processed less than one month from the release date. Contact email@example.com to request a cancellation.
